Andrea Mirza - Audit Manager
Experienced in dealing with audit and accountancy of private companies in a range of industries including property, hotel, retail and IT. Also, particular experience in the accounts preparation and audit of pension schemes and the administration of Funded Unapproved Pension Schemes (FURBS). She lives in Hendon with her husband Farrukh and in her spare time enjoys general socialising including cooking for friends and holidays to exotic parts of the world.

David Morton - Audit Manager
Experienced in all aspects of audit and accountancy of private limited companies, partnerships and sole traders in a wide range of business.
Originally from East London, David now lives in Essex with his wife, Sue, and their two children, Michael and Jane. His interests include playing badminton, watching all sports, especially speedway and football (an Arsenal and West Ham fan!), eating out, reading books and going to the theatre.

Allison Broadey - VAT Consultant.
Allison spent 12 years with Customs & Excise before joining PWC as a VAT Manager.  She now offers assistance with all VAT issues including planning, restructuring and mitigation of VAT assessments, penalties and appeals.

Mark Dawes - Assistant Tax Manager 
Mark has been with Winters since July 1996 and deals with a variety of Tax, NIC and VAT issues. In his time with the firm Mark has worked with Kevin Fisher to establish Winters as Accountants renowned for their knowledge of, and ability to deal with, Barristers and their taxation requirements. Originally from Greenwich, Mark has just bought a house with his fiancée, Nicola, close to Blackheath. An avid sports fan, he has been a season ticket holder at Charlton Athletic for several years and regularly enjoys a round of golf.

Peter Stevens - Audit Manager
Peter works on all aspects of audit and accountancy for private companies and has experience in a wide range of sectors from the nursing and care home industry through to the manufacturing and service sectors. He also works extensively with partnerships and sole traders. Peter has particular experience with Solicitors practices and Solicitors' Accounts Rules compliance 'audits', and with FSA-regulated companies. Peter lives in mid-Kent and is actively involved in the local branch of the Campaign for Real Ale, where he is a beer festival licensee. He is also researching his family history.

Roy Botterill - Payroll Manager
With over 20 years experience in Accountancy and commercial bureau processing, he operates our designated payroll help line and oversees the payroll production from input – payment. 
Lives in Wallington, Surrey with wife Doreen and two teenage daughters.
A Chelsea fan (Pre - Mr Abramovich), who enjoys the odd round of golf and watching motorbike racing from his armchair.

Sawan Joshi - IT Manager
Sawan manages our IT Infrastructure making sure we have the tools to keep us working.
His day to day work includes management of servers, IT resources, IT Development and deployment. Sawan is very interested in the topic of work he has chosen as a career and spends a lot of time keeping up to date with what is hot with IT Security and communication, and knows a bit of Programming. Spare time consists of daily Gym visits during his lunch breaks and out socializing most weekends.

Dilchad Chapman – Audit Manager
Experienced in audit and accountancy of private companies, partnerships, sole traders and dealing with international reporting requirements. 
She also has experience in the audit and accounts preparation of Charities.
Originally from Istanbul, and she enjoys regular trips back to Turkey. Didi lives in Pinner with her husband Spencer and enjoys socialising, dining out, watching movies and shopping.

Kate Aungier – Audit supervisor
Since joining the firm in August 2000, Kate has qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
She is experienced in the audit and accountancy of private companies, partnerships and sole traders covering a wide assortment of industries.
She also has experience in the audit and accounts preparation of Pension Schemes and Charities.
Kate lives in Essex with her husband Stewart and their collection of pets. She enjoys going to the theatre, socialising, travelling and spending time with her family. 

Melvyn Yude - Consultant
All aspects of accountancy with a particular interest in advising private companies, partnerships and sole traders on a variety of business matters including personal and corporate taxation. 
Melvyn lives in North London and is married to Carole. They have three grown up children. He is Chair of a charity. Melvyn sings in a local choir and his other interests include, cycling, fishing and motor cars.

Mel White - Consultant
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Chartered Tax Adviser. Most aspects of accountancy with a particular interest in personal taxation. Experience in many types of business particularly in creative fields.
Brought up in South East London, Mel and his wife now enjoy country life living near Tunbridge Wells. A keen conservationist with concerns for the environment and wildlife. Other interests include West Ham Football Club, long distance walking, France and the Blues!
