Clive Bailey - Joint Managing Partner
All aspects of accountancy and audit for small businesses, family companies and partnerships; day-to-day running of company liquidation work; particular experience of regulated bodies including charities and pension schemes.
Together with Kevin Fisher, Clive is responsible for the day to day running of the practice.
Clive lives in Buckinghamshire and his interests include travel, photography, football (a Portsmouth supporter!) and wining and dining.

Jan Taylor - Partner
Jan initially trained with the Inland Revenue and joined Winters in 1978. She specialises in most aspects of personal taxation, including Capital Gains tax, with particular experience in Inland Revenue enquiries, and more serious investigations, directors, Lloyds Underwriters, solicitors and stockbrokers. She also works with Andrea regarding the tax aspects of FURBS and Pension Schemes.
Jan lives with her husband in South Norwood and enjoys skiing, watching rugby and F1 racing. She also enjoys eating out and socialising.

Andrew Mole - Partner - General business advisory services for owner-managed businesses including business start ups, financial systems, statutory and management accounts preparation and tax planning - practical help on business development.
Andrew lives in Pluckley, Kent, and his interests include most sports (watching from the armchair), wining and dining, keeping fit-ish, cookery and gardening.

Kevin Fisher - Joint Managing Partner - Most aspects of UK taxation with particular interest in the affairs and taxation of solicitors, barristers and other professionals.
Kevin is a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and continues to have an active involvement in the firm's marketing efforts.
Together with Clive Bailey, Kevin is responsible for the day to day running of the practice.
Kevin lives in Billericay, Essex, is married to Suzanne and has two young sons. His interests include playing golf and following Billericay FC. He has resigned himself to just watching his other great interest, Rugby.

Chris Morgans - Partner - IAPA Contact - all aspects of audit and accountancy of listed public and private companies, small businesses, partnerships and sole traders. Particular experience of regulated audit work including significant experience of working for pension schemes. He is also Chairman of our Marketing Committee.
Originally from the Land of Song (Wales), Chris now lives in Bedfordshire with his wife Rachel. His interests include playing golf, swimming, walking and reading and, as an avid sports enthusiast, Chris keenly follows the Welsh Rugby team and Everton Football Club.

Shabbir Merali - Partner - As well as advising clients on the full range of professional services, Shabbir has several years experience in the field of acquisitions and mergers particularly in the residential nursing home and childcare industries. He has acted for one of the U.K.'s leading nursing home leasing companies.
Shabbir and his wife Ummi, live in Watford with their five children.
Shabbir had been a school governor for over 12 years of St. Meryl JMI School and with his wife are active members of the local community.

Phil Clark - Partner
Audit and accountancy of public and private companies, small businesses, sole traders and partnerships with particular expertise in charities and pension funds.
Phil lives in Tunbridge Wells with his wife Liz and their three children. He is an avid cricket fan and has been a member of Worcester County Cricket Club for a number of years. Phil also has a keen interest in New World wines.

Ian Warwick - Partner
Audit and accountancy, investigation, corporation and income tax over a wide range of businesses and charities of all sizes and dealing with international reporting requirements. He has had close involvement with clients and has enjoyed helping businesses grow.
Sports-mad Ian still plays football and lives in Chingford with his wife and two children and has supported Tottenham Hotspurs FC through thick (and mainly) thin. He enjoys the theatre, socialising, travelling and eating out.

Jason Loryman - Partner
Jason has good experience in the Audit and Accountancy of a wide variety of businesses and industries including UK subsidiaries of large global companies as well as smaller family owned businesses. He has also had considerable experience in the audit of Pension Schemes particularly those in wind-up. Additionally, Jason is our expert on Solicitor's Accounts including Solicitors Accounts Rules compliance audits and is involved with financial advice for Barristers Chambers.
Originally from Northamptonshire, Jason now lives in Waltham Abbey, Essex with wife Tiffany. A lifelong football fan, he is a passionate follower of Manchester United and has recently ended his playing days to concentrate on his other love, golf. His other interests include travelling and socialising.
