Why Outsource Your Payroll?

Big organisations can afford and justify in-house payroll departments, but for many smaller to medium sized businesses the need to employ staff and set up payroll systems can be time consuming, burdensome and costly. PAYE regulations require compliance. H M Customs and Revenue is introducing compulsory electronic communication for end of year returns through the Internet Service. The compulsory deadlines are in effect from 2004. Small employer incentive payments will be made year-on-year if returns are filed electronically by 19 May 2005.

It is, of course, possible to reduce time and effort by introducing payroll software packages but the downside is that someone needs to be familiar with the operation of the payroll program.

There are no hidden charges for setting up new employees, updating rates of pay or for printing monthly and year-end reports or for dealing with normal questions and queries.

You will therefore know in advance what your payroll costs will be for the year. Our service is guaranteed confidential and we use security payslips, although laser payslips are available if preferred. In terms of ease of use there is a range of other options available in, for example, data input, transport of completed data and BACS payment and we would be happy to discuss these with you.
