Winters' Role
After gathering data our Cost Specialists will prepare a report with recommendations as to savings opportunities which is presented to and discussed with you.
It is then up to you to decide which of the recommendations you wish them to implement. The Specialists will then compare expenditure from subsequent supplier bills with the agreed benchmark and fees will be based upon actual savings made each month.
No Cost Support Services
The following additional support services are provided to you, at no cost, for a period of 36 months:
Independent Implementation Services and Project Management.
We work for you, not the supplier, in ensuring that all projects are implemented with minimal impact and minimal work for your staff.
Ongoing Monitoring
We check all bills every month and check that you have been charged correctly. We resolve any discrepancies and administrative/ billing issues and arrange credits on your behalf if appropriate.
Problem Resolution
Following implementation, we will manage the resolution of any problems that occur with suppliers. As this is a 'no cost' service, it is clearly in our interest to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
Independent Consultancy Service with Specialist Knowledge
We offer consultancy advice and guidance on any aspect of the cost category and the market for all our clients throughout our relationship. This is always independent and impartial.
Bespoke Reporting and Ad-hoc Analysis
Production of regular and ad hoc Management Information Reports to enable you to manage your business effectively. These can be bespoke to your specific requirements.
Best Value
We will not necessarily recommend the lowest alternative supplier. Quality and reliability of service are as important as reduced costs.
